1. Our Commitment
HKmeet is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our platform is designed for users aged 18 and above, and we take active measures to prevent minors from using our service.
2. Age Verification
- All users must provide their date of birth during registration.
- Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use HKmeet.
- We reserve the right to request additional age verification if we suspect a user is underage.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on HKmeet:
- Any content depicting or promoting child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM).
- Grooming, solicitation, or any form of inappropriate contact with minors.
- Sharing, uploading, or distributing child exploitation material in any form.
- Any behavior that endangers the safety of children, whether on or off the platform.
4. Reporting Mechanisms
Users can report concerning content or behavior directly within the app:
- Tap the report button on any user profile or message.
- Select the appropriate reason for the report.
- Our team reviews all reports promptly and takes appropriate action.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
- We actively monitor for violations of our child safety policies.
- Accounts found to be involved in CSAE are immediately and permanently banned.
- We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and report violations to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local agencies.
6. Compliance with Laws
HKmeet complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- U.S. PROTECT Act and other applicable federal laws
- EU Directive on combating child sexual abuse
- Local laws in all jurisdictions where our app is available
